Sponsorship and Raffle Donation Opportunities

Sponsorships

Sponsorship opportunities are available! If you or your organization are interested in being a sponsor for the event, please download a sponsorship packet for more information on sponsorship tiers and event perks. Payments can be made by check or through eventbrite! The deadline for sponsorship information is March 29th, 2024 5:00pm to ensure all promotional materials are ready for the day of the event.

NOTE: Children's Advocacy Center of Butler County is unable to accept any sponsorships by Political Action Committees (PACs).  We also ask that during the event your time and resources not be used for partisan political purposes—that is, to support or oppose any candidate running for public office.  Your understanding of this is greatly appreciated.

 

Basket Raffle/Special Raffle Donations

We welcome support for the event through basket raffle donations of all shapes and sizes. Basket donations under $200 value will be entered into our standard basket raffle. Raffle donations over $200 value will be put into a special raffle. Raffle items are requested by April 19th, 2024 5:00pm so they can be cataloged and promoted on social media prior to the event. Basket Raffle donors are asked to complete and return a sponsorship packet to track donations.

Bake Sale Donations

A great option to support the event for those with the gift of making tasty treats! Bake sale items should be individually wrapped with common allergens clearly marked. Bake sale donations are requested by April 26th, 2024 5:00pm at the earliest, or delivered to Family Bowlaway between 10am-11am the morning of the event to ensure goodies are fresh! Bake sale donors are asked to complete and return a sponsorship packet to track donations.

Pre-Registered Lane Reservation - $165   RECOMMENDED

Includes:

  • A reserved bowling lane for up to 6 team members with free shoe rental

  • Food provided by The Hoagie Shop and unlimited soft drinks

  • One (1) 3-punch Special Activities Pass for the group: Duckpin Bowling, Pigskin Bowling, Bocce, Laser Tag, and Cornhole (addtl. Game Passes with 5 punches are $10/each)

  • An event T-shirt for each pre-registered team member

General Admission at the door is $25 per person for ages 10 and up.  Children under the age of 10 are free.

Includes:

  • bowling and free shoe rental

  • access to a non-reserved bowling lane*

  • One (1) 3-punch Special Activities Pass: Duckpin Bowling, Pigskin Bowling, Bocce, Laser Tag, and Cornhole (addtl. Game Passes with 5 punches are $10/each)

  • unlimited soft drinks

*Please Note: Attendees with General Admission that want to bowl may have to share an unreserved bowling lane with others in general attendance.  4 Lanes will be reserved for General Admission and the opportunity to bowl may not be guaranteed.

  • Special Activities Pass: $10 for a 3-punch pass to play Duckpin Bowling, Pigskin Bowling, Bocce, Laser Tag and Cornhole

  • Bake Sale: prices vary

  • NEW Wine Toss: $10 for an opportunity to win a bottle of wine or a variety of other exciting prizes
